BUSINESS & OPERATIONS

A growing business needs a system that keeps pace

We look at how the business actually works — from process organization and allocation of responsibility to communication, costs, resources and day-to-day operations.

We do not change what already delivers good results. The focus is on the parts of the business that slow work down, create unnecessary costs, make decisions harder or depend too heavily on individuals.

After a detailed analysis, we define what should be simplified, better organized or structured differently so the business becomes more efficient and easier to manage.

Our work does not end with a recommendation. When the project requires it, we also take part in implementation.

Structure for a growing business

As a company grows, a way of working that once was sufficient may no longer fit the new scale of the business. Processes become more complex, responsibilities begin to overlap, information moves more slowly through the organization, and some decisions depend on too few or too many people.

These situations may not look like a major problem at first, but over time they create delays, additional costs and a growing dependence on improvisation.

That is why we look at the business as a whole and identify bottlenecks, unnecessary repetition, unclear responsibilities or processes that no longer reflect the company’s real needs.

The goal is not to create more procedures, but to establish a way of working that is clearer, faster and easier to manage.

The business works as one system

When we enter a business, we do not look at one process or one department in isolation. We examine how people, responsibilities, information, costs and day-to-day activities connect. Only then can we see where improvement is possible and which changes can have a real effect.

01

Business processes

We analyse how work moves through the organization, where bottlenecks, duplication or unnecessary steps occur, and how processes can be simplified and better connected.

02

Organization and responsibilities

We examine whether roles and responsibilities are clearly defined, who makes decisions and where responsibilities overlap or remain undefined.

03

Operational efficiency

We look at how time, people and other resources are used and where unnecessary workload can be reduced while improving day-to-day efficiency.

04

Costs and resources

We analyse where costs arise, whether they are justified and where resources can be used more rationally without compromising quality.

05

Procedures and work standards

Where operations depend too heavily on verbal agreements, individual experience or improvisation, we help establish clear procedures and standards that make daily work easier and reduce the room for error.

06

Communication and information flow

We examine how information moves through the company, where it is lost or delayed and whether decision-makers receive the information they need in time.

07

Organizing growth

As a company grows, its existing way of working often stops being sufficient. We help adapt processes, responsibilities and organization to the new scale of the business.

When to involve us

It makes sense to involve Majadra when you know the business can work better, but the issue cannot always be reduced to one single problem.

That may be when the company is growing faster than the organization can keep up with, decisions are too slow, too much depends on individuals, or the same issues keep returning without a lasting solution.

We also get involved when the business is going through a larger change — restructuring, expansion, investment, a change in the way of working or preparation for a new stage of development.

Sometimes the priority is fixing what does not work today. Sometimes it is more important to prepare the business for what comes next.

BUSINESS & OPERATIONS

How the collaboration works

We begin by getting to know the business and discussing its goals, challenges and actual way of working.

We then analyse processes, organization, responsibilities and key operational points so we can clearly identify where improvement is possible.

Based on the analysis, we define priorities and concrete changes that make sense for the business. When required, we participate in implementation and follow how the changes work in practice.

The goal is not to produce a document that stays in a drawer, but to establish solutions that can be applied and used in day-to-day operations over the long term.
